The band are staging an intimate cabaret-style show on Saturday 26 February 2022, at the Tolpuddle Village Hall. Tickets are £5 and attendees can bring their own drink and refreshments. You are advised to book because space will be limited. The band will also be joined throughout the evening by a number of musical friends. Doors open at 7pm and the music will start at 7.45pm. Peter Cooper will act as the MC for the evening - so expect the unexpected! This will be an opportunity to see the band play up close, ask them about the songs and experience two hours of The Darwins.

Unbelievable as it sounds, The Darwins have only gone and produced a brand new single! Yellow is a laid back soul groove, back with the Nick Drake-inspired My Brave Face. The recordings feature Paul Williams on drums, Geoff Higginson on electric and double bass, Tom Cleverly on trumpet and sax and Neil Duncan-Jordan on guitars, vocals and keyboards. You can download a free copy of the songs from https://athomewiththedarwins.bandcamp.com/track/yellow. Enjoy!

Lockdown has proved a real challenge for many bands, but The Darwins have managed through a combination of busking, some video recording and the odd rare gig to keep the show on the road. We've also been trying to get some recordings done as well and playing gigs further afield - in the hope that we can continue to grow our fan base. Who knows, this time next year we might even be able to play in a pub again!
